Another Year for The Social Sex!
My co-author, Marilyn Yalom, and I will be speaking at the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco on Thursday, January 14. I'm really excited, because this time, Marilyn and I will be "in conversation with" the sparkling Ellen Sussman, author most recently of A Wedding in Provence.
JCCSF is such a wonderful venue -- we are in illustrious speaker-company. And what a dedicated production staff -- there are lots of people paying attention to all the technical orchestration -- so great to have the help. Normally we're flying by feel on the setup. But I have to confess, once the slides are up and the mics are on, I intend to slip off to get a good look at that alluring 25-yard lap pool, truly a treasure in the heart of a city!
